Ricardo Ferraz is an Associate Professor at the Sport Sciences Department, University of Beira Interior, teaching graduate, master and doctoral students. Graduated from University of Porto (UP) in Sport and Physical Education in 2005; Doctorate in Sport Sciences at University of Beira Interior (UBI) in 2016; Member of Research Centre in Sports, Health and Human Development. In the last 5 years, a lot of scientific documents were produced by him, among books and papers in Journals indexed at ISI web of knowledge and in other international scientific journals, conference proceedings, all peer-reviewed publications. The impact of his research in the last years was recognized: invitation for oral communications in national and international conferences, peer-reviews in high ranked journals, supervision of Doctoral, Master and Bachelor students. The current area his interest is in the field of applied physiology, exercise performance, training control and evaluation (particularly in team sports), and physical education.
